

Joyce Janet Peters was born October 26, 1939 on the farm in Brockington, Saskatchewan. Her parents were Tolof Tolofson and Clara Skiftun. Her parents had moved from Minnesota to Saskatchewan.
Joyce married (Henry) Stanley Peters at Carrot River Valley Lutheran Church on July 6, 1957.
Stan and Joyce had two children:
Brent Peters born September 04, 1958.
Brent married Bernice Joy Deschamps September17,1987.
Melinda Kim Peters born August 28, 1962 born in Prince George B.C. Melinda married Duane Rickelton in Lloydminster.
Joyce was predeceased by her father and mother and her son, Brent, grandsons Brennan and Matthew. Her siblings, Mabel, Rose, Caroline, Galena, Clifford, Helmer, Lloyd, Arvid and Glenn.
Joyce is survived by her husband Stan, daughter Melinda, daughter-in-law Bernice and precious great granddaughter Breelyn, Step granddaughter Kaitlin and great granddaughter Penelope.
Joyce and Stan shared their lives for more than sixty seven years. They lived and worked in many places in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia
Joyce passed away April 27th after a lengthy illness. Joyce had a real relationship with Jesus and she was looking forward to heaven.
Joyce lived a good life. Her life was rich with many relatives and friends. Joyce and Stan were always ready to accept and love people.
Joyce came to a living faith in Jesus in Lloydminster. Then many wonderful changes started happening in their lives.
Joyce painted lots of paintings for family and friends, one painting was sold publicly.
She also wrote poetry and was loved by many and will be missed.
