Virginia Victoria Larson was born on a farm north of Kinistino, Sask. Dec. 7,1930 To Nels and Mabel Larson. She was a sister to 7 other siblings.She married Roy Flodell in 1948 and moved north of Beatty and had 5 wonderful children. She enjoyed her family having many get together with food galore. Baking pies,polt,lefse, thin bread and garet, homemade butterscotch pie yum how it was enjoyed by all. She loved the farm, she worked hard driving machinery, making meals, putting in a very large garden and looking after the house and us kids. She worked also at the hospital, the wheatland mall in swift current and joined the Fraternal Order of Eagles, helping out.She loved camping and being with her kids and grandkids and great grandkids, and playing cards.. Her smile ,facial expressions and her little dance moves, and charming wit and of course the gift of the gab was her was her personality.She was a great mom teacher and friend. She was predeceased by her daughter Koren, parents Nels and Mabel Larson, her siblings Henri, Gust,Pearl,Alis, Sven, Earl, Elsie, granddaughter Victoria, son in law Ken Hope. And many in laws, nieces and nephews. She leaves to treasure in her memory her children Garry (Elizabeth) Flodell Charles (chasity) and Catie. Children from previous marriage Wade (Carrie) Whelen, Ava, Coralie (Danny) Leteesha, Zachary, Trayton, and great grandchildren. Dwayne ( Brittany, Emily Flodell, and Jolene Flodell. Daughter Marilyn (Bill)Robertson. Terry Hope son Kaylan(Kim),Curtis Hope, Adam Hope, and Candace (mark)Beaupre Alyssa and Joshua. Daughter Judy(Bob) Rodier Kevin, children Maddison, Gavin Rodier. Joni(Greg) Marion and Jenny . Louis (Shay) Rodier Sophie and Stella. Daughter Laurie(Ken)Johnson , Andy(Darnelle) Tydon,Mason, Johnson and Cecellia, Kairie, and Xavier Bahnuick , and Ryan Johnson.. Brother in law Ernest Flodell and sister in law Elain Larson, and many nieces and nephews and friends. We love you and will miss you .
