Shirley was such a hoot to be around. I always loved going to visit her, even at 96 whenever I would see her she always had questions following up with whatever story I had told her during our last visit - she had a memory sharper than anyone I know! Shirley had a great sense of humour, I will sure miss my visits with her, but I know she was ready to go and is happily at peace, likely with an unlimited supply of scotch with the snap of her fingers!!
