Thérèse (LeJan) Thomas was born on June 10, 1928 in the St.Brieux district to Joseph and Josephine (Creurer) LeJan. She spent all her life in St.Brieux, other than a period spent in Saskatoon while attending The Madeleine School of Sewing. On October 10, 1950, she married her soulmate, Albert Thomas. Together they raised a family of three: Gerard, Claudette and Gilbert. Therese stayed in her beloved community until June of 2016, when she moving to Assisted Living in Melfort. With help from the caring staff, Thérèse quickly adjusted to life there, enjoying the many activities throughout the day. Thérèse is survived by her family Gerard Thomas (Audrey Gaetz), Laurie (Bart Russell) Thomas - Russell, Nevin. Lisa (Reese Castle) Hayden, Sydney. Claudette (Thomas) Stroeder (Randy Stroeder), Corey, Vanessa, Tamara (Peterson Gustave) Gustave. Gilbert Thomas (Tyra Serviss), Tessa, Madeleine, Emma. Brother and sisters-in-law, Dolores LeJan, Agnes Thomas, Paul and Irene Thomas as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Thérèse was predeceased by her husband Albert Thomas, her siblings and spouses; Ernest (Annie) LeJan, Madeleine (Remi) Buan, Joseph (Marie) LeJan, Marie (Yves) Mevel, Cecile (Daniel) Carfantan, Pauline (Joseph) Thomas, Lucien LeJan, Albert (Marie) LeJan, André (Vera) LeJan, Alexis LeJan, brother-in-law Marcel Thomas.
