It is with great sadness the family announces his passing on April 27th. Dale was born and raised in the Melfort area. After leaving school he became a pipeline welder, working for Sask. Power for a number of years before starting his own construction business, in which Marvyn joined him. Dale also tried his hand at farming for a few years before starting his business. He enjoyed spending time at their cabin at Little Bear Lake, snowmobiling and quading. He spent many hours grooming the trails at the lake and around Melfort. Dale enjoyed his coffee visits at A&W and Tims with the guys. He was a quiet, caring man who worked hard all his life and was always ready to lend a hand. He leaves behind his wife of 56 years Elaine, son Marvyn (Debbie), grandchildren Jordan and Jennifer (Quinn), brother Lorne (Shirley), sisters-in-law Yvonne and Pauline (George), brother-in-law Calvin (Colleen) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and treasured friend Fay. He was predeceased by his parents Emil and Kathleen, brother Glen and sister-in-law Marg. Father and mother-in-law Mel and Mabel, brother-in-law Brian as well as treasured friend Harvey.
