Dave (David) Reid passed away on May 10, 2022 at the age of 61. Dave is the son of Mary and Bob (Robert) Reid of Pathlow, SK. He attended school in Pathlow and Melfort. Growing up Dave enjoyed his summers at East Trout Lake and lakes and rivers here and there, waterskiing, golfing, hockey, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, motor bikes and anything outdoors. Dave’s mechanical skills and his ability to fix anything lead him to his career of 37 years with Pioneer Elevator Maintenance & Repair in Saskatchewan and Alberta. In retirement, Dave could be found fishing at East Trout, lending a helping hand to anyone in need, working at Richardson Pioneer – Melfort CI Site, custom combining throughout the fall, or having coffee and cruising around the countryside with his close friends and family. Dave was predeceased by his parents Mary and Bob Reid, brother Robert, and brother-in-law Ron Forsyth. Dave leaves to mourn his sweetie Colleen L’Henaff, sister Marj Forsyth, niece Judy Liddle (Sandy Reed), Shelby Liddle (Brandon Wallington) and Ty Liddle, nephew Guy Forsyth (Tammy), Jordyn Forsyth (Nick Evans) and Rylan Forsyth, and nephews Rob Reid (Evelyn Ytang), Eva Reid, and Terry Reid (Gaylene Coopersmith), and sister Karen Reid (Jim Hill). Colleen’s daughter CeeGee Jones (Don), son Kyle L’Henaff (Ashley), grandchildren Rhett and Reece, sister Bev Jones (Rick) and family, sister Bonnie Sturgess (Jeff) and family, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
