Shirley Luella (Edeen) Gronvold was born to Viard and Maria (Hendrickson) Edeen on Dec 16, 1935 and lived in the Haggstrom School District.
She attended Teacher’s College after graduating high school in Canwood.
In 1957 she married Howard Gronvold and resided on the Gronvold farm north of Weldon until 2011 when they moved to Melfort.
She was predeceased by her parents, five brothers, a sister and an infant sister, grandson Keith Swan (1983) son in law Michael Swan (2016) and grandson Graham Fagnou (2017).
Left to remember her are Howard, husband for 67 years, children Shane, Barbara Swan, Bettylou (Lionel) Fagnou and Darren (Tracey), eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren, extended family and many friends.

Memorial donations in memory of Shirley may be directed to the Weldon Lutheran Church.
