I am beyond devastated on learning of the passing of Elmer. I hadn't heard and the obituary just came up today. Elmer and Pearl were always known to me as my second parents growing up. I am very sad to learn of his passing and that the gathering of remembrance was July 4. I would have been there had I known. To Pearl and the entire Aasen family, my most sincere condolences are extended to you all.
